We understand that buying a new camper trailer is a big investment, so to help, we have put together a list of questions we get asked frequently. Where is Kirrawee? Kirrawee is a southern Sydney suburb. If you know the Royal National Park, NSW, Kirrawee is not far from there. Easily found off the Princes Highway. What sort of canvas do you use? We use heavy duty ,waterproof, Australian made Billabong Canvas, (15 oz on roof & 11oz on walls) as we believe this gives both excellent protection and weight advantage to our campers. To cure any stitching holes in the seams it is important to hose your tent down several times (allowing it to dry in between) before you use your tent. How long does it take to put up an ACE Camper Trailer? It will take you about 10 minutes to put up your camper. As there is no need to peg corners, (except in extreme conditions) and the internal poles are already in place ready to slip into the floor pockets. This time will shorten with more practice. (It will take additional time to set up any awnings or extra canvas areas.) What about after sales service? At Ace Campers we believe in not only great “before sales” service but that “after sales” service is just as important. Whether you have any customisations to add after using your camper, need something adjusted or just want to tell us about a great trip you have done, we’d love to hear from you. As we are located in Sydney it makes any service on your camper just that little bit easier. Are your campers “dust proof”? Our covers are made from a heavy duty waterproof PVC. We then zip them and use a “hook & eye “closure system to keep as much dust as possible out of your camper. I am new to this camping business, can you help me out with everything else, like tables chairs ,lights and beds? Yes we are only too happy to help. Do you hire so I can try before I buy? Yes, have a chat to us.
