Our collection times are between 3 and 4pm and our return times are between 9am and 11am.

On occasions, and if possible, we may be able to accommodate alternative times, please contact us to discuss.

When you pick up the van, we’ll give you a comprehensive run down of how to get the best from the van and ensure your adventure starts off smoothly.

We would recommend that overnight stays are on designated camp sites. The rules regarding ‘Wild Camping’ vary in between England, Scotland and Wales. Campa (Camper and Motorhome Professional Association) are a very good source of information on various campsites. http://www.campa.org.uk/campsites/

Your camper van is also a member of the Caravan and Camping Club,  https://www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk/ which gives you access to a range of campsites at a discounted price.

Please note that there is a camping management zone within the National Parks that restricts wild camping.

Unlimited mileage per hire.

Comprehensive insurance is included in all our campervan hires.

However, we recommend that you also take out your own travel insurance policy.

Full break down recovery is included with every hire. Details are provided within the vans.

We would recommend that you pack light, layer your clothes for weather changes and bring insect repellent! 

All drivers need to bring their driving licence and 2 utility bills dated within three months of date of the hire.

We do a free ‘meet and greet’ from both Newcastle airport and Edinburgh airport.

We can also do a free meet and greet from Berwick Upon Tweed rail station.

Other than that, you can pick up from our camper van site, Ace Campers, West Fishwick, Berwickshire TD15 1XQ. 

Yes, you can, there is no charge for this. However, we do not take any responsibility for the vehicle or its contents, whilst it is parked at our premises

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time, but check back with us as we hope to offer this service in the future.

The vans are sanitised after every customer. We work according to PPE procedures (masks, gloves, sanitisation, social distancing if possible)

If travel restrictions change, we can refund your deposit at no extra cost or change the dates for you
